Taking a mindful APPROACH
to you & your wellness
Hi, I’m Dr. Victoria Sank,
I honor the fact that you are ultimately the expert on yourself. I bring to this relationship my expertise in human behavior, emotions, evidence-based coping, and mindfulness to help you better understand your concerns, how to regulate your nervous system, and how to work with your brain & body to feel your best.
I’ll walk alongside you, recognizing your unique strengths and handing you the tools you may need to experience more ease and fulfillment in your daily life. Our partnership will be built on trust and respect. Together, we will cultivate a plan that is realistic, meaningful, and adaptable to your evolving needs. This plan begins during our initial phone conversation to ensure the Nurtured practice is the best fit for your goals.
I can’t wait to meet you!

My Approach
Actionable
I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is about change-making: changing perspectives, forming new habits, deepening understanding, and trying new approaches to old problems. The core of our work together will be in developing actionable steps to form those new approaches sustainably so that you may feel better long after our time working together ends.
With nearly a decade of clinical experience, my approach to psychotherapy is informed by research-based skill-building and measurable change. We will work together to personalize a plan that addresses your concerns and puts into place strategies that improve your quality of life now and long after our time together ends.
educational
My personal goal is that you will have a deeper understanding of yourself and your mind & body through our work together. Sometimes, the first step to tackling our problems is to broaden our understanding of what those challenges are, how they developed, and why those issues persist. Let’s break it down together to rebuild stronger!
Mindful
Our fast-paced, information-saturated lives leave many of us feeling overwhelmed with unfocused and cluttered thoughts. The ability to be fully present in each moment allows for greater mental clarity, a sense of ease, and the ability to experience enjoyment as joyful experiences unfold. While I use a wide range of evidence-based therapies in my practice, mindful awareness is at the core of our work together. We will harness mindfulness strategies to regulate your nervous system and create more balance and ease.
