I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is about change-making: changing perspectives, forming new habits, deepening understanding, and trying new approaches to old problems. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, my approach to psychotherapy is informed by research-based skill-building and measurable change. We will work together to personalize a plan that addresses your concerns and puts into place strategies that improve your quality of life now and long after our time together ends.

Mindful

Our fast-paced, information-saturated lives leave many of us feeling overwhelmed with unfocused and cluttered thoughts. The ability to be fully present in each moment allows for greater mental clarity, a sense of ease, and the ability to experience enjoyment as joyful experiences unfold. While I use a wide range of evidence-based therapies in my practice, mindful awareness is at the core of our work together. We will harness mindfulness strategies to regulate your nervous system and create more balance and ease.
